Terms and Conditions – Videographer Services in Singapore Singapore
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Videographer services rendered by Apex Visual Studios in Singapore Singapore. All services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 25 May 2025.
- The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights to all raw footage and intermediate files until final payment of this Invoice is received in full. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final edited deliverables for internal and external corporate communications.
- All videography work was conducted in compliance with Singapore Singapore privacy laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Any identifiable individuals captured on camera have provided written consent, and the Videographer team adhered to all venue-specific filming restrictions.
- The client agrees to review and approve final deliverables within 7 business days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within this period will be deemed as final acceptance of the Videographer's work.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to re-quote rates or apply applicable surcharges for storage and administrative costs.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing that, through the courts of Singapore Singapore.
- Apex Visual Studios, as the contracted Videographer, shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
