Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa. A late payment fee of R 250.00 will be applied to any invoice settled after the due date.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. This invoice covers all videography services rendered by FrameVision Studios as a professional videographer operating in Johannesburg, South Africa, for the period specified above. All work was performed in compliance with South African labour laws and industry standards.
2. The client acknowledges that all footage, edited videos, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of FrameVision Studios until full payment of this invoice has been received. Upon settlement, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client.
3. The videographer and all crew members were fully insured for the duration of the shoot. All drone operations were conducted in accordance with South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations and the Johannesburg municipal by-laws.
4. Any additional services requested beyond the scope outlined in this invoice will be quoted separately and require written approval from the client before commencement.
5. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document for South African VAT purposes. The client may claim input VAT on this invoice in accordance with their SARS tax obligations.
6. Disputes regarding this invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
