Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Woori Bank, Account No. 1002-3456-789012, Account Name: Seoul Lens Studios Co., Ltd.
- A 5% early payment discount applies if this Invoice is settled within fourteen (14) days of issue.
- Late payments will incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Korean Commercial Act.
- All services rendered by the Videographer team in South Korea Seoul are subject to the Korean Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 10%.
- This Invoice is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. After that period, a new Invoice must be requested.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all videography services performed by Seoul Lens Studios, a registered professional Videographer company operating in South Korea Seoul, for the period of June 2025. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to include selected stills and short clips in their professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
All filming activities in South Korea Seoul were conducted in compliance with the Korean Copyright Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and local municipal regulations regarding commercial filming in public spaces. The Videographer and all crew members held valid work permits and professional liability insurance throughout the engagement.
Should the client require additional deliverables, extended editing, or re-shoots beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour notice.
