Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date (15 June 2025), making the final due date 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the following account:

Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice covers all videography services rendered by Barcelona Visual Media S.L. and its contracted videographer team for the event held in Spain Barcelona on 12 June 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written change order is signed by both parties.
2. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of the videographer and Barcelona Visual Media S.L. until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables is granted to the client for commercial and promotional purposes.
3. The videographer and all crew members are fully insured under professional liability and public liability policies compliant with Spanish law (Ley 50/1980 on Insurance Contracts). Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
4. All aerial videography operations were performed in strict accordance with AESA regulations, Barcelona City Council drone permits, and EU Regulation 2019/947. The videographer holds a valid AESA drone operator certificate (category: Specific — SAIL).
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) requirements for electronic invoicing (Factura Electrónica). A digital copy in XML format is available upon request for the client's accounting records.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
