Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date, in accordance with the Spanish Late Payment Act (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales). A late payment surcharge of 20% per annum, as stipulated by Spanish law, will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
Deliverables: All final video files produced by the videographer team will be delivered via secure cloud link within 10 business days of the final filming date. The client will receive full commercial usage rights for the edited materials. Raw footage remains the intellectual property of Madrid Visual Productions S.L. unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
