Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account held by Valencia Visual Studios at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX.
A 50% advance payment was received on 20 May 2025 (Reference: ADV-2025-0047) in the amount of €3,086.60. The remaining balance of €3,086.60 is due by the due date stated above.
Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad). This Invoice is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Notes & Additional Information
All videographer services were performed by Carlos Ferrer, a certified professional videographer operating under the commercial registration of Valencia Visual Studios in Spain Valencia. The client acknowledges that all footage, edited videos, and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
The videographer and crew were granted full access to the venue premises in Spain Valencia as agreed in the service contract dated 28 May 2025. All equipment used was insured under policy number VVS-INS-2025-003, covering a total value of €48,000.
Should the client require additional revisions beyond the 30-day window, or request supplementary videographer services in Spain Valencia, a separate Invoice will be issued at the standard hourly rates outlined in the master service agreement.
