Payment Terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Invoice; 50% balance due within 14 days of final video delivery. Payment is due within 30 days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Colombo Visual Studios for professional Videographer services rendered in Sri Lanka Colombo. All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of standard equipment usage.
- The Videographer team shall deliver all final edited content within 21 business days of the last shooting day in Sri Lanka Colombo. Any additional revisions beyond two rounds will be billed separately at LKR 25,000 per revision cycle.
- All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to the shoot.
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events affecting the Sri Lanka Colombo shooting schedule will be communicated within 24 hours. Rescheduling will be at no additional cost to the client, provided it occurs within 30 days of the original date.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Sri Lankan commercial law. The Videographer reserves the right to suspend post-production work if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
- All drone operations conducted by the Videographer in Sri Lanka Colombo are fully licensed under the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL). The client is not liable for any regulatory compliance related to aerial filming.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Videographer services agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
