Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date in accordance with Thai commercial law.

Important Notes & Terms of Service
- All footage and final edited deliverables remain the exclusive intellectual property of Orchid Hospitality Group upon full payment of this Invoice. Siam Lens Productions retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio and showreel unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
- The Videographer crew is fully insured under a commercial liability policy (Policy No. TH-INS-2025-4471) covering all operations conducted in Thailand Bangkok and surrounding provinces.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional locations, or scope modifications beyond the agreed brief will be subject to a revised Invoice and written client approval prior to execution.
- Raw footage (ungraded, unedited) will be delivered on a 2TB SSD drive within five (5) business days of the final edit approval. The client is responsible for secure storage and backup of all media.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Bangkok Commercial Court.
- Weather contingency: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., monsoon downpours) affecting the aerial drone shoot in Thailand Bangkok, the Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule the affected segment within a 72-hour window at no additional cost to the client.
