Invoice Notes & Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Ankara Visual Media Studio, a registered professional Videographer and cinematic production company operating in Turkey Ankara. All videography services described herein were performed in accordance with the contractual agreement dated 28 May 2025 (Contract Ref: CTR-2025-ANK-0112) between the undersigned Videographer firm and the client.
The Videographer team deployed for this engagement consisted of a lead videographer, one assistant camera operator, one audio technician, and one licensed drone pilot. All equipment used was insured under policy TR-INS-2025-4471, valid for operations throughout Turkey Ankara and surrounding provinces.
All footage captured during the engagement in Turkey Ankara is the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display a 30-second excerpt in its professional portfolio, subject to written approval from the client.
This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Payment must be received in the designated bank account before the due date to avoid late-payment penalties as stipulated in the service agreement.
