Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Kampala Visual Studios Ltd. in accordance with the service agreement signed on 2 June 2025 between the Videographer service provider and the East African Tourism Board. All videography services were performed within the Kampala metropolitan area, Uganda, by a certified and insured Videographer team.
The total amount of 22,736,000 UGX (Twenty-Two Million Seven Hundred and Thirty-Six Thousand Uganda Shillings) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the Uganda Commercial Transactions Act.
All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client.
