Terms & Conditions – Videographer Services Invoice
- This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all Videographer services rendered by Desert Lens Productions LLC for the client's corporate event held in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi during the period specified above.
- All footage, raw and edited, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. No reproduction, distribution, or public screening of the Videographer's work is permitted until the Grand Total is settled in full.
- The Videographer team is responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment during the service period. Any damage caused by the client's personnel or third parties will be billed separately and is not covered under this Invoice.
- Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling of outdoor Videographer sessions (including drone operations) in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the affected line items.
- Delivery of the final edited highlight reel is expected within 10 business days of the event conclusion. The full-length documentary delivery is expected within 20 business days. Delays beyond these timelines due to client-requested revisions exceeding two rounds will be charged at AED 500 per additional revision cycle.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Videographer services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Desert Lens Productions LLC is a registered entity in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and is fully compliant with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations regarding VAT invoicing. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the UAE VAT Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017).
