Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Desert Lens Studios LLC, a registered Videographer and media production company operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai. All services described herein are to be performed by our in-house Videographer team and licensed crew members.
The 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The early payment discount of 5% is applicable only if the full Invoice amount is settled on or before 22 June 2025 via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above.
All drone operations conducted by our Videographer team are fully licensed by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai. No additional permits or fees are required from the client.
Delivery of final edited content is contingent upon receipt of full payment. The Videographer retains all intellectual property rights to raw footage until the Invoice balance is cleared in full.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment is due within 14 days of the Invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial transaction regulations. The Videographer reserves the right to suspend post-production work until outstanding balances are settled.
3. Any changes to the scope of Videographer services, additional shooting hours, or venue changes within United Arab Emirates Dubai must be approved in writing and may result in a supplementary Invoice.
4. Desert Lens Studios LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting drone operations in Dubai, government-mandated closures, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
5. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
6. The client acknowledges that the Videographer's work product, once delivered and paid for, may be used for internal corporate communications, social media, and marketing purposes. Third-party licensing or broadcast distribution requires a separate written agreement.
