Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 28 June 2025. Please reference Invoice number BFM-2025-0347 on all correspondence and payments.
Bank Transfer (Preferred): Blackframe Studios Ltd, NatWest Bank, Sort Code: 60-93-84, Account No: 55218734, IBAN: GB29 NWBK 6093 8455 2187 34. Please note that payments must be received from a United Kingdom bank account to avoid processing delays.

Overdue Payments: In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, interest will accrue on overdue amounts at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Blackframe Studios Ltd reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and withhold final deliverables until this Invoice is settled in full.
Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all videography services rendered by Blackframe Studios Ltd as the contracted Videographer for the Meridian Corporate Group PLC project, conducted across multiple locations in Birmingham, United Kingdom, between 2 and 4 June 2025.
2. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Blackframe Studios Ltd until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed. Upon settlement, full ownership and commercial usage rights transfer to the client.
3. The Videographer and all crew members were fully insured for public liability (up to £10,000,000) and professional indemnity throughout the production period in Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands area.
4. Any additional services, extended shoot times, or scope changes beyond the original production brief will be invoiced separately. This Invoice reflects only the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the Statement of Work dated 18 May 2025.
5. Blackframe Studios Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales (Company No. 09876543) and is VAT-registered in the United Kingdom. This Invoice has been issued in compliance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requirements for electronic invoicing.
