- The Videographer retains full copyright ownership of all raw footage and final edited deliverables until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared.
- Upon receipt of payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final video deliverables for internal corporate communications and marketing purposes within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- All drone operations were conducted in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and the United Kingdom's Air Navigation Order 2016. The Videographer drone pilot holds a valid CAA GVC (General Visual Line of Sight) certificate.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
- London Lens Studios Ltd. is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. This Invoice includes VAT at the current standard rate of 20% as applicable in the United Kingdom.
