1. This Invoice is issued by North Manchester Visual Productions Ltd, a registered Videographer and production company operating in Manchester, United Kingdom. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025.
2. The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights over all raw footage, intermediate edits, and production materials until the final payment in full has been received and cleared. Upon receipt of the total amount stated on this Invoice, all rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client for unlimited commercial use within the United Kingdom and internationally.
3. Any additional services, extended shooting hours, or scope changes requested by the client beyond the original brief will be invoiced separately at the Videographer's standard day rate of £2,640.00 plus applicable VAT.
4. All footage was captured and processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any identifiable individuals appearing in the footage have provided written consent for commercial use, and the Videographer has maintained a full data processing register for this production.
5. Disputes relating to this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable rates have changed.
