Notes & Important Information
This Invoice is issued by Golden Frame Studios, a licensed professional videographer operating in the United States, Los Angeles, California. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in compliance with California state labor regulations and the City of Los Angeles business licensing requirements.
The videographer and full production crew were insured under a general liability policy (Coverage: $2,000,000) and workers' compensation as mandated by the State of California. Drone operations were conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations and Los Angeles municipal aviation ordinances.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio and industry showcase for a period of twelve (12) months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by the State of California, whichever is less.
2. A 50% non-refundable deposit was received on May 20, 2025 in the amount of $12,850.00, which has been applied to this Invoice. The remaining balance of $27,193.45 is due by July 12, 2025.
3. All videographer services were scheduled and executed in the United States, Los Angeles, California. Any rescheduling or cancellation by the client after the confirmed shoot date shall be subject to a 25% fee of the total contracted value.
4. This Invoice constitutes a final accounting of all services rendered. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts listed herein unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
5. Governing law: This Invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, United States.
