Additional Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Videographer services rendered by Palm Vision Studios LLC to Horizon Events & Marketing Group for the production period of May 28, 2025, through June 9, 2025, in the United States Miami area. All footage, raw and edited, remains the intellectual property of Palm Vision Studios LLC until full payment of this Invoice is received in cleared funds. Upon receipt of payment, a full commercial license for the delivered video assets is granted to the client for unlimited use in marketing, social media, and internal corporate communications.
The Videographer and all crew members were fully insured during the production period, including general liability, workers' compensation, and equipment insurance. All drone operations were conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and with the necessary United States Miami municipal permits for aerial filming over public and private property.
Should the client require additional edits, extended runtime, or supplementary deliverables beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a separate change order and supplemental Invoice will be issued prior to any additional work commencing. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to the terms of the master service agreement dated April 15, 2025, between the parties.
