Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. Payment: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via wire transfer, ACH, or certified check made payable to Empire Lens Videography LLC. Payments should be directed to the United States New York City office at 245 West 42nd Street, Suite 1800, United States New York City, NY 10036, or via our secure online payment portal at pay.empirelensnyc.com.
2. Late Payment: Overdue balances on this Invoice will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under New York State law, whichever is less. The Videographer reserves the right to suspend all post-production deliverables until payment is received in full.
3. Deliverables: All final video files, raw footage archives, and project files will be delivered to the client via secure cloud transfer within five (5) business days of final approval. The Videographer retains the right to include a brief credit sequence in all produced content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Any cancellation of Videographer services within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot date in United States New York City will incur a 50% fee of the total contracted amount. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days in advance.
5. Licensing & Compliance: Empire Lens Videography LLC is a fully licensed and insured Videographer operating in the United States New York City. All crew members hold valid New York State work permits. This Invoice covers all applicable United States New York City and New York State tax obligations. The client is responsible for any additional usage rights or broadcast licensing beyond the standard commercial license included in this engagement.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Videographer services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved in the courts of New York County, United States New York City.
