Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Golden Gate Visual Productions, a licensed professional Videographer operating in San Francisco, California, United States. All videography services were performed in accordance with the signed service agreement (Contract Ref: BATS-2025-VID-003) dated May 15, 2025.
Payment Method: Wire transfer to First Republic Bank, Account #4471-8829-003, Routing #121000248, or via ACH. Please reference Invoice Number GGVP-2025-0487 in all communications.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 12, 2025, in compliance with California Commercial Code Section 2202.
Deliverables: All final video files (4K ProRes and 1080p H.264) will be delivered via secure cloud link within 10 business days of the final service date. Raw footage is retained for 90 days in San Francisco, United States, and will be securely deleted thereafter unless a separate storage agreement is executed.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Golden Gate Visual Productions (the "Videographer") and Bay Area Tech Summit 2025 (the "Client"). All services were rendered in San Francisco, California, United States, and are governed by the laws of the State of California.
2. The Videographer retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited footage until final payment is received in full. Upon receipt of payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the delivered video content for internal and public promotional purposes.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in San Francisco, California, United States, before proceeding to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
4. The Videographer is not liable for delays in post-production caused by Client-requested revisions exceeding three (3) rounds. Additional revision rounds will be billed at $350 per hour.
5. All drone operations were conducted in compliance with FAA regulations and San Francisco Municipal Code Chapter 19.12. The Videographer holds a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and has obtained all necessary permits from the City and County of San Francisco.
6. This Invoice is valid for 180 days from the issue date. After this period, the Videographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late fees.
