Invoice Terms & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Videographer Service Agreement (Ref: TTA-VID-2025-031) signed on May 28, 2025, between Silk Road Visuals LLC and the Tashkent Tourism Development Authority.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Uzbekistan commercial law.
- All Videographer services were performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent and are subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The 12% VAT and 1% service tax have been applied as mandated by the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan.
- Payment should be made via bank transfer to: Silk Road Visuals LLC, Account No. 0001234567890, National Bank of Uzbekistan, SWIFT: NBUZUZ2X. Please reference Invoice No. SRV-2025-00847 on all remittances.
- All raw footage, project files, and master deliverables remain the intellectual property of Silk Road Visuals LLC until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed. Upon settlement, a full license grant for commercial use in Uzbekistan Tashkent and international distribution will be executed.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, the Videographer team reserves the right to suspend any outstanding deliverables and post-production work.
