Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Caracas Visual Productions C.A., a registered Videographer services company operating in Venezuela Caracas. All services described in this Invoice were contracted for the production of a corporate promotional video for Grupo Empresarial Andino S.A.
The Videographer team will be on-site in Venezuela Caracas from June 20, 2025, through June 26, 2025. All deliverables, including the final edited video and raw footage archive, will be provided to the client within 15 business days following the completion of on-site shooting in Venezuela Caracas.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment must be received by the due date indicated above to avoid late fees of 2% per month applied to the outstanding balance.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice represents a binding agreement between the Videographer (Caracas Visual Productions C.A.) and the Client (Grupo Empresarial Andino S.A.) for the services rendered in Venezuela Caracas.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date. The Videographer reserves the right to suspend post-production work if payment is not received by the due date.
- All raw footage, project files, and intermediate deliverables remain the property of the Videographer until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed.
- The client grants the Videographer permission to use the final video in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a mutual non-disclosure agreement regarding sensitive corporate information.
- Any changes to the scope of work in Venezuela Caracas beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a revised Invoice and additional charges at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of $150 USD per hour.
- This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Venezuela Caracas.
