Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the date of issue (30 June 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Saigon Visual Productions Co., Ltd. at Vietcombank, Account Number 0091001234567, SWIFT Code: ICBVVNVX. Please reference Invoice No. SV-2025-00487 in your transfer memo. A 2% late fee will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date. The Videographer team will not commence post-production delivery until full payment is confirmed in the company account.
Notes & Terms of Service
- All videographer services were performed in and around Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional location permits or building access authorizations not covered under this Invoice.
- Raw footage and project files will be retained by the Videographer for 90 days from the date of final delivery. After this period, all media stored on local drives in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City will be securely deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
- The client grants the Videographer a non-exclusive license to use up to 30 seconds of the final edited footage for portfolio and marketing purposes. Any commercial use beyond this requires a separate written agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days. If payment is not received by the due date, the Videographer reserves the right to suspend all deliverables and apply the late fee as stated above.
- All services comply with the Vietnamese Law on Cinema (2022) and the regulations of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee regarding media production and drone operation in urban airspace.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Commercial Arbitration Center of Vietnam (VIAC) located in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
