Please ensure that the full balance of $2,593.50 is remitted on or before 30 June 2025. This Invoice is payable in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the prevailing CBZ exchange rate on the date of payment. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Videographer services rendered in Zimbabwe Harare by Harare Visual Media Productions. All services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 2 June 2025.
- The Videographer retains full intellectual property rights over all raw footage until the final payment indicated on this Invoice has been received in full. Upon clearance of the balance, a limited commercial licence for the edited deliverables is granted to the client for a period of five (5) years.
- All footage captured in Zimbabwe Harare is subject to the Zimbabwe Copyright and Patents Act [Chapter 28:07]. The Videographer has obtained all necessary location permits and release forms from individuals appearing on camera.
- Any additional Videographer services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard daily rate of $850.00 per day, plus applicable VAT.
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Should payment not be received by the due date, the Videographer reserves the right to suspend delivery of final media files and pursue collection through the Harare Magistrates' Court.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare before any legal proceedings are initiated. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of any kind beyond the satisfactory completion of the Videographer services as described in the line items above.
