Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the Invoice Date of 15 June 2025. Late payments beyond the Due Date of 30 June 2025 shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with commercial practices in Afghanistan Kabul.
- All Web Designer services described in this Invoice have been completed and delivered to the satisfaction of the client as confirmed by the signed Project Acceptance Certificate dated 10 June 2025.
- Payment is due in full (AFN 184,200.00) upon receipt of this Invoice. Partial payments are not accepted unless a written amendment to this Invoice is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- All intellectual property rights to the final Web Designer deliverables, including source code, design files, and brand assets, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kabul, Afghanistan, before escalation to the relevant commercial court.
- The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed by the client.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and a supplementary Invoice.
