Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Dhaka Digital Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, and is valid for payment within 15 days from the invoice date.
- All services rendered by our Web Designer team are subject to the project agreement signed on 01 June 2025. Any additional scope beyond the agreed deliverables will be billed separately.
- Payment is due in full by 30 June 2025. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to overdue amounts as per Bangladesh commercial law.
- The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all design assets, code, and templates until the final payment is received in full. Upon clearance of this Invoice, all rights transfer to the client.
- One round of minor revisions is included in the base package. Additional revision requests by the client will be charged at BDT 2,500 per hour by the assigned Web Designer.
- Hosting and domain services are non-refundable once activated. The Web Designer support team in Bangladesh Dhaka will provide 24/7 technical assistance throughout the contract period.
- This Invoice must be presented along with the original project contract for any tax deduction or corporate expense claims under Bangladesh Inland Revenue regulations.
- For disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact our billing department at Dhaka Digital Studio, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh within 7 working days.
