Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Belgian Electronic Invoicing and Tax Reporting regulations (BCE 1.22.01.004.01) and the VAT Code applicable in Belgium Brussels. All Web Designer services listed herein are subject to the standard Belgian VAT rate of 21%.
2. The Web Designer services described in this Invoice were performed by PixelCraft Web Design Studio, a legally registered professional entity operating from its premises in Belgium Brussels. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. Should the client require additional Web Designer revisions beyond the scope defined in the original service agreement, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 5-business-day processing period.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer studio reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms if applicable Belgian tax regulations have changed.
5. For any disputes regarding the amounts, descriptions, or tax calculations on this Invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Belgium Brussels.
