Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice has been prepared by Alexandra Chen, a licensed Web Designer operating in Canada Vancouver, British Columbia. All services rendered under this Invoice comply with the Canadian Information Technology Act and applicable provincial regulations governing digital services in the Vancouver metropolitan area.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with the terms outlined in our Service Agreement dated April 28, 2025.
Warranty: All web design and development work delivered under this Invoice is covered by a ninety (90) day defect warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers code defects, layout issues, and functional errors but does not extend to content modifications or third-party service failures.
Confidentiality: All project files, source code, design assets, and proprietary information shared during the course of this engagement remain the exclusive property of Pacific Northwest Retail Group Inc. The Web Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed in Canada Vancouver on April 28, 2025.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
