Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Cairo Pixel Studio, a registered Web Designer and digital agency operating in Egypt Cairo, in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations and the applicable commercial code. All services described herein were rendered by our in-house Web Designer team under the supervision of the Lead Creative Director.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Cairo Pixel Studio, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Branch: Tahrir Square, Cairo, Egypt. Account Name: Cairo Pixel Studio. Account No.: 1004-5521-8890-3371. SWIFT: CIBEGCAI. Please reference Invoice No. CPS-2025-00472 in your transfer memo.
Important: This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement. All amounts are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to the 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Web Designer services rendered by Cairo Pixel Studio in Egypt Cairo. Acceptance of this Invoice implies agreement to all terms stated herein.
- All intellectual property rights to the final web design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, all work-in-progress materials remain the exclusive property of the Web Designer.
- The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing work or post-launch support services if payment is not received by the stated due date. No liability shall be accepted for delays caused by non-payment.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
- Cairo Pixel Studio is a licensed Web Designer firm registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry. All services are performed in compliance with Egyptian data protection regulations and the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
