Invoice Notes & Important Information
This Invoice is issued by Digital Horizon Web Studio, a registered Web Designer and digital agency operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 March 2025 (Ref: SA-2025-019).
The total amount of 281,600.00 Ethiopian Birr (ETB) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Please reference Invoice number DHS-2024-0847 in all correspondence and payment transactions.
A 5% early payment discount has been applied as per the terms outlined in Section 7 of the Service Agreement. This discount is valid only if full payment is received before 25 June 2025.
All Web Designer services listed in this Invoice include a 90-day post-delivery warranty covering bug fixes and minor adjustments at no additional cost. Major feature additions or redesigns will be quoted separately.

Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the due date, a late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance.
- All Web Designer intellectual property, including source code, design files, and documentation, will be transferred to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Ethiopian Commercial Courts in Addis Ababa, in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code.
- Third-party licensing costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins) are not included in this Invoice and are billed separately at cost.
- This Invoice must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the client for VAT compliance under Ethiopian tax law.
