The web designer reserves the right to display completed projects in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client. All personal data processed in connection with this invoice is handled in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated web design services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany. The applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
This invoice constitutes a final and binding document for the web design services described herein. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated unless a written change order is mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of additional work.
