Payment Terms & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Tax Code (UStG § 14). The total amount of € 23,514.40 including 19% value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer) is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the following account:

The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until full payment of this Invoice has been received.
All services described in this Invoice were performed by DigitalCraft Studio GmbH, a registered Web Design agency headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The project was executed under contract number WDS-2025-0031 dated 28 April 2025. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please retain this document for your tax records.
