Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Kwame Asante Digital Studio, a registered Web Designer operating in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Ghana Revenue Authority tax regulations and the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).
2. All services rendered under this Invoice were performed by a certified Web Designer with over eight years of experience in digital design, development, and web technologies, specializing in projects for businesses located in Ghana Accra and the wider West African region.
3. The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all design templates, code frameworks, and proprietary tools used during the project. Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all custom-designed assets, source code, and deliverables will be transferred to the client.
4. This Invoice covers all services as described in the line items above. Any additional work, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or expedited delivery requests will be invoiced separately at the Web Designer's standard hourly rate.
5. The client acknowledges that the Web Designer has fulfilled all obligations under the service agreement dated 10 May 2025, and this Invoice represents the final and complete payment for the project scope.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
7. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax rates or currency adjustments as applicable in Ghana Accra.
