- All design assets, source code, and intellectual property created by the Web Designer become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- The Web Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to project commencement.
- Any scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables will be billed separately at the Web Designer's standard hourly rate of ₹2,500 per hour, applicable in the India Bangalore market.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the due date, the Invoice amount is subject to revision based on prevailing GST rates and currency fluctuations.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The Web Designer is not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, domain, payment gateways) affecting the delivered website post-handover.
