Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by PixCraft Digital Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Indonesia Jakarta, in accordance with the service agreement dated 20 May 2025 (Contract Ref: NRG-PCD-2025-012).
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- All Web Designer deliverables listed above are subject to final acceptance by the client's project manager within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to respond within this period constitutes automatic acceptance.
- The 5% early payment discount applies only if the full amount is remitted before 25 June 2025. After this date, the full subtotal plus PPN applies without discount.
- PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) of 11% is applied in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. A tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) will be issued separately upon receipt of payment.
- All work performed by the Web Designer team is conducted in Indonesia Jakarta unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses for on-site visits beyond the agreed location are billed at cost.
- Intellectual property rights for all design assets, code, and documentation transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta before any legal proceedings are initiated.
