Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account listed above. The Web Designer, PixelCraft Web Design Studio, operates under the commercial regulations of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture. All payments are subject to the Iranian tax code and must be reported through the National Tax Administration of Iran (nta.gov.ir). A 2% monthly late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. The client is requested to reference the Invoice Number INV-2025-TEH-00472 in the payment memo for proper accounting reconciliation.
Important Notes & Terms
1. All web design deliverables referenced in this invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio located in Tehran, Iran, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. This invoice covers the scope of work as defined in the signed Service Agreement dated 28 Esfand 1403. Any additional features, pages, or design revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the Web Designer's standard hourly rate of 1,500,000 IRR per hour.
3. The Web Designer guarantees a 30-day defect-free period from the date of final delivery. Any bugs or design inconsistencies discovered within this period in Tehran or any other location in Iran will be corrected at no additional cost.
4. All source files, design assets (Figma, Adobe XD), and code repositories will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. The Web Designer will retain backup copies for a period of six months for quality assurance purposes.
5. This invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to re-quote the services based on current market rates in the Tehran digital services industry.
