- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel Jerusalem.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to re-quote services due to potential changes in material costs and market rates.
