2. All Web Design services described herein were performed by the undersigned Web Designer, Ing. Alessandro De Luca, operating as Studio Digitale Vesuvio, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Naples (Camera di Commercio di Napoli).
3. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and creative assets transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
4. This Invoice covers all services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025 for the project referenced above. Any additional services requested outside the original scope will be invoiced separately.
5. The Web Designer warrants that all work has been performed in a professional and diligent manner, in compliance with applicable Italian and European Union regulations, including GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for data protection.
6. This document constitutes a valid electronic invoice (Fattura Elettronica) in compliance with the requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate. The XML file has been transmitted via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI) on the date of issue.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent court shall be the Tribunal of Naples (Tribunale di Napoli), Italy, in accordance with Article 20 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.
