Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. The full amount of 4,065,600 JPY is due no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Sakura Digital Studio, Bank of Kyoto, Account No. 047-221-8835, Branch Code 047. Please reference Invoice number KYO-2025-0472 in the transfer memo.
- A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Late Payment of Compensation Act applicable in Japan.
- All Web Designer services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client as of June 12, 2025, as confirmed by the signed Project Completion Certificate (Ref: KYO-WD-2025-0472-PC).
- This Invoice is issued in compliance with Japan's Qualified Invoice System (Gotoh Menjo Seido) effective from October 2023. The issuer's Tax Registration Number is 60-1234-5678901.
