Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Web Designer services rendered for the Hoshino Trading Co., Ltd. corporate website project, completed in Japan Osaka between March 2025 and June 2025.
2. All intellectual property rights for the final website design, code, and assets transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio.
3. The Web Designer guarantees a 90-day defect liability period from the date of final deployment. Any bugs or functional issues discovered within this period in Japan Osaka will be addressed at no additional cost.
4. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Japanese Consumption Tax Act and all applicable regulations governing professional services in Japan Osaka. A tax invoice (zeirai) can be provided upon request for corporate tax deduction purposes.
