Notes & Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Digital Studio Sdn. Bhd., a registered Web Designer and digital agency operating in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 1 March 2025 (Ref: POC-KL-2025-019).
2. All Web Designer services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client as of 10 June 2025. The final sign-off was documented in writing by Mr. Tan Wei Ming.
3. The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all source code, design files, and proprietary tools used during the project. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered website assets for commercial purposes within Malaysia and internationally.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of Malaysia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
6. The Web Designer, Aisyah binti Rahman, is a registered professional with the Malaysian Digital Industry Association (MDIA) and holds a valid Practising Certificate for web design and development services in the state of Kuala Lumpur.
