Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Tax Administration (SAT) electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI 4.0). The corresponding XML file and digital stamp (sello digital) are available upon request at [email protected].
2. All Web Designer services described in this Invoice were performed by DigitalCraft Studio, a registered professional services company operating in Mexico Mexico City, in full compliance with applicable Mexican labor and commercial regulations.
3. The Web Designer retains all intellectual property rights to proprietary code frameworks, design tools, and methodologies used during the project. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their business operations in Mexico Mexico City and internationally.
4. Any revisions beyond the scope defined in the original project proposal will be billed separately at the Web Designer's standard hourly rate of MXN $1,200.00 per hour, subject to a minimum two-hour charge.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tax rates and exchange rates.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Web Designer services rendered, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts located in Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with Mexican law.
