Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the account details listed above. Please reference Invoice number AD-2025-0047 in your transfer memo. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is received before 22 June 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law. Cheques must be drawn on a Moroccan bank and made payable to Atlas Digital Studio.
Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Web Designer services rendered under Project Reference WDS-CAS-2025-012. No additional charges will be applied beyond the scope defined in the signed Statement of Work dated 20 May 2025.
- All intellectual property rights for the final website design, code, and brand assets will be transferred to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is confirmed, the Web Designer retains all rights to the deliverables.
- The Web Designer guarantees a 90-day defect liability period from the date of final acceptance. Any bugs or functional errors discovered within this period in the Morocco Casablanca deployment will be corrected at no additional cost.
- Hosting, domain registration, and third-party licensing fees are not included in this Invoice and are the sole responsibility of the client. The Web Designer will provide written recommendations for hosting providers suitable for the Morocco Casablanca market.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
