Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Aung Kyaw Min Digital Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Myanmar Yangon, in accordance with the service agreement signed on 01 June 2025 between both parties.
All Web Designer services described in this Invoice have been completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction as confirmed in writing on 12 June 2025. The final website has been deployed and is live on the production server.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Web Designer service contract. This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue.
All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and assets transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Myanmar Yangon, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Yangon District, Myanmar.
