Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by DigitalCraft Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Nepal Kathmandu, in accordance with the contract agreement signed on 10 March 2025. All services described in this Invoice have been completed and delivered to the client's satisfaction as confirmed by the project sign-off document dated 12 June 2025.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial lending rate guidelines.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, the VAT and Service Tax calculations may be subject to revision based on prevailing government rates in Nepal.
- All Web Designer services rendered under this Invoice are covered by a 90-day warranty period from the date of final deployment. Any bugs or defects identified within this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, code, and content created by our Web Designer team transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Contract Act, 2056 (1999) of Nepal.
- This Invoice must be presented along with the original contract and project deliverables checklist for accounting and tax filing purposes in Nepal.
