Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Digital Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Zenith Bank Plc, Account Name: PixelCraft Digital Studio, Account Number: 1012-3456-7890, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
- All Web Designer deliverables referenced in this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 June 2025, signed by both parties in Lagos.
- The Web Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all source code, design assets, and proprietary tools until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to re-quote rates based on current market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- Client is responsible for providing all content, images, and brand assets required for the Web Designer to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
