Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Payment is due no later than June 30, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Sberbank, Moscow Branch. Account: 40802810000000012345. BIC: SABRRUMM. Beneficiary: Volkov A.S.
- A late payment penalty of 0.1% per calendar day will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All prices stated in this Invoice are in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable Russian Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20%.
- The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing work if payment is not received within the stipulated period. No intellectual property rights will be transferred until full payment is confirmed.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in applicable tax rates or exchange conditions.
Notes: This Invoice covers the complete scope of work as outlined in the Service Agreement dated May 20, 2025, between the Web Designer (Alexei Volkov) and OOO "Digital Horizon." All deliverables have been accepted by the client's project manager on June 10, 2025. Source files, design assets, and full project documentation have been transferred via secure cloud storage. The Web Designer confirms that all work was performed in compliance with Russian intellectual property law and data protection regulations (Federal Law No. 152-FZ). For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through the Arbitration Court of Moscow, Russia Moscow.
