Terms, Conditions, and Legal Notice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional web design services rendered by the undersigned Web Designer, Alexei Volkov, operating under the sole proprietorship of PixelCraft Digital Studio, registered in the city of Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final web design deliverables, including but not limited to source code, design files, vector graphics, and documentation, shall transfer to the Client upon full and verified payment of the total amount stated in this Invoice.
3. The Web Designer warrants that all services have been performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in compliance with applicable standards of the web design industry and the consumer protection laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in accordance with the procedural rules of the Russian Federation.
5. This Invoice is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the city of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
6. The Client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by executing the signature below or by making payment in accordance with the instructions provided.
