Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by DigitalCraft Web Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing mandate. All amounts are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to the standard 15% Value Added Tax as prescribed by Saudi tax law.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Please remit the total amount of 61,985.00 SAR via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above. Kindly reference Invoice number DC-2025-00847 in your payment remittance to ensure accurate reconciliation of your account.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Web Designer services rendered by DigitalCraft Web Studio, Saudi Arabia Jeddah. All work products, source files, and intellectual property transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Saudi commercial law and the terms of the master service agreement dated 01 May 2025.
3. The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing maintenance and support services if payment for this Invoice is not received within the stipulated due date of 30 June 2025.
4. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Web Designer reserves the right to reissue or adjust the Invoice based on prevailing market rates and exchange conditions.
6. The client acknowledges that all deliverables described in this Invoice have been reviewed and approved in writing by the project stakeholder prior to the issuance of this final Invoice.
