2. All Web Designer services described herein were performed by qualified professionals based in Dakar, Senegal, and are subject to the intellectual property terms outlined in the master service agreement. Upon full payment, all source code, design files, and digital assets transfer to the client.
3. The 3-month post-launch support period commences on the date of final acceptance sign-off by the client. Any additional Web Designer services beyond the scope of this Invoice will be quoted separately.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal.
