Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Digital Craft Studio Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank, Singapore Singapore, Account No. 012-345678-9, SWIFT: DBSSSGSG.
A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 15 July 2025, in accordance with the Payment Terms for Business Transactions Act applicable in Singapore Singapore.
The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and post-launch support if payment is not received within the stipulated period. All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
